The Sniff & Seek Pet Activity Mat is an interactive feeding and play mat designed to encourage dogs and cats to search for hidden kibble or treats using their nose and paws. Multiple fabric sections, folds, pockets and textured areas provide different places to hide food.
Simply scatter or tuck suitable dry treats or kibble throughout the mat and allow your pet to search for them. The activity can also make feeding more interactive by requiring pets to locate individual pieces rather than eating directly from a standard bowl.
The flexible design can be rolled or folded for easier storage when not in use.
3. Note / Disclaimer
Note: Always supervise your pet when appropriate and regularly inspect the mat for damage. Discontinue use if fabric or components become torn or loose.
Use only suitable pet food or treats. Individual pets interact with enrichment products differently, so results and engagement will vary.
4. Detailed Description
Interactive Sniffing and Treat-Finding Activity for Pets
This activity mat turns treats or portions of dry food into an interactive searching activity. The surface contains a variety of fabric folds, pockets, loops and layered sections where small pieces of food can be placed.
Once food is hidden throughout the mat, your dog or cat can use their nose and paws to search through the different sections and retrieve the pieces.
The varied layout provides several different searching areas rather than one single food compartment. A large layered section in the center is surrounded by additional fabric features, giving owners multiple places to hide kibble or treats.
The mat can also be used to make feeding more gradual by spreading an appropriate portion of dry food across multiple hiding areas instead of placing everything together in a bowl.
After use, its flexible construction allows it to be rolled or folded for storage.
